Boiler Conductivity Sensors

REDOX,ORP,Electrode,Accessories,SensorexSensorex CS600 series conductivity sensors are designed for demanding boiler installations up to 200 degrees C and 250 psig. The sensors are supplied with 3/4" NPT threads, and two models are available for 3/4" or 1" crosses. All 316SS construction and peek insulators provide a durable package for those tough installations. The sensors are available with or without integral temperature sensors to provide ATC capability.

Free Chlorine and Chlorine Dioxide Sensors Released

Our next generation of free chlorine and chlorine dioxide sensors are now available. A new cap design and reduced cost flow cell enhance the sensors price point and perfomance characteristics. These new sensors will fit into older FC70 flow cells as well as our new lower cost FC72 flowcell. A 4-20mA output proportional to ppm of free chlorine or chlorine dioxide provides real time measurements.

New pH and ORP Buffer Pillows

The new Sensorex pH and ORP buffer sachet pillows save expensive transportation costs associated with liquid buffers. Mix with 100 mL of DI water and you have an instant fresh NIST traceable cal standard.Available in 4, 7 and 10 pH values as well as 90mV and 255mV for ORP (REDOX).

Calomel Free pH and Reference Electrodes

The performance of a calomel electrodes is now available without the hazardous Mercury associated with the design. The "Calomel Free" design features a Ag/AgCl based double junction reference with a unique silver ion trap acting as a third junction to impede any silver ion contact with the sample. Reference output is adjusted to deliver the same output as a Calomel electrode using a silver chloride reference. As with all other Sensorex laboratory pH electrodes, the Calomel-Free pH elecctrodes are supplied with a soaker storage bottle or soaker cap, so they are instantly ready for use. Electrodes are interchangeable with almost every make and model meter on the market today. Select the proper cable connector and style of electrode for your meter.
